Dogs are social, people are social and, now that summer’s finally arrived in Chicagoland, we can all get social together! Mahoney’s Pub & Grille, home to a large, dog-friendly patio, is partnering with Aberdeen Tap, G & O Tavern and The Matchbox to host a weekly yappy-hour West Town Pup Crawl.

Returning for its fifth year following a break in 2014, The West Town Pup Crawl is scheduled to take place every Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM, beginning on Tuesday, June 16 and continuing through Tuesday, October 6, patio weather permitting.  Jessica Abernathy of Chicago Canine Concierge will host the weekly Pup Crawl at Mahoney’s Pub & Grille.

Beyond having the opportunity to support a different weekly rescue like Chicago Animal Advocates and Bow Wow Revolution, event attendees will also enjoy services and goodies from dog-centric vendors like Pet Chef Express and Canine Sports Dog Training.

All participating bars will feature a food and drink special and plenty of fresh water for the pups, including an alcohol-free beer made just for dogs at Mahoney’s. From 6 to 8 PM, 15% of Mahoney’s Pub & Grille bar sale proceeds will benefit the featured rescue group of the week.
