Meet Inky!

Inky is a sweet 2-year-old female Pointer mix. She loves attention and walks and is good with kids and other dogs. This beautiful girl had a mass removed from her abdomen, right before being pulled into Hopeful Tails’ rescue. Fortunately, it was benign and the vet doesn’t believe this should affect her having a wonderful, healthy, normal life. The only thing missing now is a loving family to call her own!  Please e-mail hopefultailsadoptions@westsuburbandog.com if you would like to meet Inky.

Founded in October 2013, Hopeful Tails Animal Rescue began as a foster based organization, but quickly began growing by leaps and bounds. In the spring of 2014, they began leasing a facility in Joliet and, to date, Hopeful Tails has adopted out around 600 dogs and puppies. They are a no-kill, all-breed, all age and all medical needs 501c3rescue completely run by volunteers, pulling dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters, both locally and out of state.
