Searching for the perfect photo to grace your holiday cards? Then grab your two- and four-legged family members and head to Immanuel Hall, 302 South Grant St. in Hinsdale, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 29 for your photo with Santa.

Hinsdale Humane Society Ambassadors will host a festive morning filled with holiday music, cookies and cocoa, crafts for the kids, and professional photos for the entire family with Santa. Those who attend will have their photo taken and emailed back to them just in time for holiday cards!

The event is open to the public and those with or without animals. There is no cost, but donations are appreciated. Those bringing their friendly family pet are asked to have them leashed.

“Getting an entire family photo for the holidays isn’t always easy,” HHS Ambassador Chair Mistie Lucht said. “This event will definitely be a laid back environment and fun for all, taking the pressure out of going to the mall or a studio. We hope everyone can join us for the fun, that also benefits the homeless animals of Hinsdale Humane Society.” HHS Holiday cards featuring shelter animals will also be on sale at the event, $12 for a pack of 12 to benefit the shelter.

Those wishing to have their photo taken are encouraged to RSVP with a time slot at hhssantapics@westsuburbandog.com . Time slots to choose from are: 9-9:30, 9:30-10, 10-10:30, 10:30-11, 11-11:30 and 11:30-noon. Walk-ins are also welcome.
