One of my goals with the magazine, right from our very first issue, has been to support the local animal welfare organizations that make such an incredible difference in the lives of these pets.
We’ve done what we can to contribute to their missions: we’ve donated resources and ad space, we’ve used our social networks to share pets who need homes, we’ve helped raise money, food and awareness… but I’ve had a goal to do more.
Today, I can tell you that we’ve realized that goal. You’ll find it
on page 36: Shelter Spotlight, which not only provides resource information on local rescue organizations, but also puts the spotlight on dogs who need just a little extra attention to find their
forever families.
I cannot tell you how happy I am to add this incredible new feature to the magazine — and if we help even one dog find a family to call his own, I’ll know we made a difference.
