Philosophy of Service:
After about 20 years in the corporate world, Laura Radosta decided it was time for a change. She launched Bed and Bones Dog Sitting part time in 2003, but given her belief in offering

top-quality service, the company grew rapidly and quickly became a full time endeavor.

“I usually work every day, but since I love what I do, it doesn’t seem like work,” Laura says.

“I enjoy seeing the happy faces and enthusiasm of all the pets that I care for. In my other jobs, I was never greeted with such happiness. I can see the dogs

wait for me at the window when I arrive and it’s like an extended family for me.

“I’ve met a lot of wonderful people that share a love of animals and I like to provide peace of mind when people leave their pets in my care. Leaving your pets can be scary, which is why I work so hard so pet parents can be comfortable and enjoy their time away.”
